In the last years we have aligned ourselves with the best in class beauty manufacturing sites in the world through investments in Mixing, Filling and Quality technologies.
C-Care proudly partnered up with Symex (the leading mixing kettle manufacturer in the world) and installed its’ second kettle in 2020, being the largest Symex homogenizing unit in North America. In 2020 we also installed a Pouch Filling unit to support the flexible and sustainable packaging demand, as well as Keyence vision systems. In January 2021 we will be installing a Filling Line from Optima, which is arguably the best Cosmetic Filling company in the world. We also expect to install a Water Thermocompressor in 2021 to be the first Beauty Manufacturer in North America to generate WFI through distillation.
