RAW MATERIAL AND PACKAGING WAREHOUSE

We have 24,500 square feet of warehouse space for raw material and packaging storage.

INVENTORY CONTROL

We accurately handle over 400+ raw materials.
All chemicals are pre-weighed utilizing precision scales in an environment engineered for safety.
Employees are regularly trained in safe chemical handling and personal protection.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

C-Care's superior quality management system is divided into:

COMPOUNDING

Our automated mixing systems feature stainless steel and cross-linked polyethylene fixed vessels. The stainless steel vessels are jacketed for optimum heating and/or cooling and are capable of vacuum processing. The optimum batch sizes within the primary mixing systems range from 265 gallons (1,000 liters) to 2,000 gallons (7,500 liters).

BATCH STORAGE

Prior to filling, bulk products are contained in storage vessels. Fixed piping systems connect the 22,000 gallons of work-in-process storage vessels to the filling lines. All permanent tanks and piping have clean-in-place capability. Portable storage drums and totes constructed of either stainless steel or cross-linked polyethylene also offer a storage capacity range from 40 to 350 gallons (150 to 1,300 liters).

FORMULATION EXPERTISE

Our formulation chemist will work with you to develop exciting new products.

Evaluate new and existing raw materials
Develop new product formulations using appropriate raw materials
Conduct stability testing (accelerated aging, freeze/thaw, etc.)
Develop an appropriate preservative system and conduct microbiological challenge tests to determine efficiency.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

C-Care has a fully developed R&D laboratory including mixers, homogenizers, and jacketed kettles to formulate most cosmetic products. We also have incubators and freezers for stability testing, pH meters, viscometers, and a full microbiological laboratory on site. All of this allows us to adequately test your productsí performance and safety.
